Mr Tamim Azimi has nearly 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, where he has overseen and managed various law enforcement, emergency management, emergency medical services, and public safety organizations. In his role, he provides leadership, expertise, and strategic guidance in areas such as emergency management and business continuity, environmental health and safety, risk management, and public safety. His extensive background equips him to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions. Mr. Tamim is dedicated to fostering collaboration among stakeholders to enhance community resilience and ensure the safety of all citizens.
Mr Schalk W Spies is a performance-driven security management professional and military veteran with over 22 years of extensive experience in designing, developing, and executing high-profile security programs and initiatives for global private and paramilitary operations in the private sector. His professionalism and attention to detail significantly contribute to ensuring contractual compliance and client satisfaction on major contracts.
He possesses a diverse background in security management, risk assessment, training, research, and the development and improvement of tactics, techniques, procedures, equipment, and personnel—all essential for efficient business functions, growth, and stability.
As Managing Director, Schalk leads the security business and plays a strategic role in setting the direction and overseeing the delivery of operational and enterprise security solutions.
